Feds Sue California
We still have to pinch ourselves some times to believe it’s real. The federal government…helpful? On gun rights????
It’s hard to believe but it’s true! Earlier this month came the latest salvo from DC, a lawsuit against the State of California challenging not only the state’s “Glock ban” law, but also the state’s absurdly named “Safe Handgun” roster.
In the latest installment of CRPA TV, President & General Counsel Chuck Michel is back to walk us through the lawsuit and where it’s going from here. The definition of “common use” remains at issue, not only in this case but many others across the country, as a key component of the larger issue of what constitutes an “arm” for purposes of 2A application.
