People Second? Coyotes Get More Rights

Sacramento lawmakers and regulators acting on faulty information to degrade gun rights is nothing new. Nor is it surprising when they work actively with our opponents as they formulate their strategies.
Recent actions by the state’s Fish & Game Commission in the area of predator management show what happens when public policy is made in this manner. At a recent meeting of the Commission’s Wildlife Resources committee, recommendations were put forward that would put even stricter protections in place for California’s coyote population.
