Thanks to the Court’s recent ruling in Wolford v. Lopez, CRPA’s challenge to California’s “sensitive places” law, May v. Bonta, is BACK IN PLAY!
In an order issued yesterday, the stay on the case was lifted and it is now officially reopened.
