New From CRPA TV: Glock Ban Bill Advances

As partisan gun control bills typically do early in the legislative process, AB 1127 (Gabriel & Stefani) cleared its first major hurdles and is now pending on the Assembly floor. The so-called “Glock ban” bill could soon move to the Senate, where CRPA will need all the help we can get to put a stop to it.

While proponents like to claim that the bill simply “eliminates DIY machine guns”, the effect of the legislation is an outright ban on firearms widely and publicly available, and quite legal, today. Why? Because criminals attach switches to them that have been illegal for DECADES!

Once again, lawful citizens are denied their fundamental rights because of the actions of criminals.

What is the forecast for the bill as we enter a time when bills will begin to move quickly through the process? If this “backdoor” ban gets implemented, what’s next?
