August 29, 2024

Proposed regulations don’t generate the kind of interest or news coverage that court cases and legislation receive, but as lawful gun owners know well, they can be just as impactful.  Last week, the California Department of Justice released proposed regulations that would raise the cost of the Ammunition Eligibility Check (AEC) from $1 to $5 per authorization.
