CRPA TV Breaks Down Wolford Oral Arguments
This historic Supreme Court session is already tackling “who” and “where”, and soon may accept a case about “what” with regard to Second Amendment rights.
The first of these to be argued is Wolford v. Lopez, which challenges Hawaii’s “sensitive places” law (i.e. the “where”). San Diego-based attorney Alan Beck serves as lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the case, which was argued before the Court back on Feb. 20th.
CRPA TV host Kevin Small welcomes Mr. Beck to the latest installment of CRPA TV to break down the progress of the case, his reaction to the oral arguments, and what the case could mean once it is decided.

As a reminder, Duncan v. Bonta has been distributed for conference THIS FRIDAY, which means we could soon add a third landmark case to the Court’s docket!
