As our members know all too well, when the government gets involved in gun rights it’s typically taking them away, not giving them back. But that’s not the case with the recent announcement from the federal DOJ re-establishing a process for restoration of gun rights in certain cases.

As Chuck notes in the video, the Supreme Court decisions in Rahimi and Hemani definitely set the stage for this positive development. Just as the decision in Wolford sets the stage for turning back “sensitive places” in California (and elsewhere).
