While most anti-2A laws target individual gun owners, the gun control crowd also likes to target federal firearms licensees (FFL’s) to make it harder for you to even have the opportunity to purchase a gun in the first place.

Laws and regulations impacting FF’L’s can be easy to overlook. Certainly, the burdens put on individual gun owners (e.g. taxes, bans, CCW delays, databases, etc.) are more personally impactful.
But as we saw earlier this week in the Richards v. Newsom case, the stakes are every bit as high. If 24/7 surveillance of California FFL’s, including those in private homes, is allowed to stand, what’s stopping jurisdictions from going even further?
It is essential that the 2A community fight back in support of our FFL’s, as it’s our rights being diminished when they are attacked.
