As the current Supreme Court term marches toward its close in the coming weeks, the process of reading tea leaves to determine what comes next will come to an end as well.
Wolford v. Lopez will be decided, hopefully striking down the “vampire rule”. Similarly, U.S. v. Hemani could limit the government’s ability to deny gun rights to large swaths of people it doesn’t like. But when will we have an answer to the burning question “what is an arm?”
