It seems like every week is jam packed with news these days, so we’ll spare you that cliche. Still, a key case heading to SCOTUS and a ban on one of the most popular firearms does constitute “a lot”.
In the latest installment of CRPA TV, CRPA President & General Counsel Chuck Michel joins host Kevin Small for a look at AB 1127, the “Glock ban” bill, and the decision by the Supreme Court to take up the case of Wolford v. Lopez, a Ninth Circuit case out of Hawaii involving “sensitive places” legislation.
