We know…we sound like a broken record. But it’s hard not to shout from the rooftops when history is being made in real time. With two separate 2A cases already now argued before the Court, we are clearly at an inflection point.
In the latest installment of CRPA TV, attorney Anna Barvir stops in to break down U.S. v. Hemani, which was argued at SCOTUS earlier this week. Government disarming wide swaths of citizens by fiat, as Anna asserts in the video, must be held to the Bruen standard. But jurisdictions dead set on gun control do everything they can to get around that (as the oral arguments showed!).
