Good News On The Rhode En Banc Panel
It’s been a roll of the (loaded) dice for pro-2A cases facing en banc panels at the Ninth Circuit, but when the case of Rhode v. Bonta is argued on March 25th in Pasadena, it will be in front of a panel as favorable as we could hope.

Next month marks eight years since the filing of our case challenging California’s draconian regulatory scheme, which creates a de facto ban on ammunition purchases. A favorable ruling would be welcome news for lawful gun owners, affirming the fundamental right to purchase ammunition.
