Seriously? The Legislature Is At It Again!

It’s seriously getting kinda silly. On the same week that the Ninth Circuit, noted lovers of nearly every 2A restriction, smacks down “1 in 30”, legislators hold a hearing on a bill to institute “3 in 30”.
This patently unconstitutional restriction on a fundamental right doesn’t stand any greater chance of passing muster than the last version, but still Sacramento lawmakers want to give it a try. And why not? After all, it’s us taxpayers that foot the bill.
