CRPAnews: Another Anti-2A Bill in the Heap

A new bill introduced recently, SB 55 (Jackson), seeks to limit Californian’s access to their Second Amendment rights. Click here for the bill’s text. 

This bill punishes those who break the law, with yet another law. People who commit misdemeanors and lose their gun rights for ten years, and then violate those terms, are then further punished for those violations.

Typical of California Legislators; criminals break the law? They will write another law.
