Chuck Michel Joins CRPA TV To Talk “Sensitive Places”

As reported last week, CRPA filed an amicus brief in the New York case of Antonyuk v. James. The plaintiffs in the case are challenging the state’s “sensitive places” law, an onerous restriction that mimics SB 2 here in California.
Clearly, the attempt to render the Second Amendment nearly meaningless by severely, and unnecessarily, restricting where it can be exercised represents a serious threat. But why get involved in a case all the way across the country (even if it is the birthplace of the Bruen decision)?
CRPA is fortunate to have our own in-house expert in such matters in the person of our volunteer President & General Counsel Chuck Michel. On the latest installment of CRPA TV, Chuck checks in with host Kevin Small to talk through CRPA’s latest amicus brief and why it is crucial not only to our battle her in California, but also in places like Hawaii.
