  • In San Jose, like in Moraga, the efforts of CRPA and our members convinced the city council not to implement a mandatory locked storage requirement.
  • In Cupertino, the Public Safety Commission failed to pass anti-gun ordinances after serious flaws in the language were highlighted by NRA and CRPA opposition letters.
  • Daly City was forced to settle a lawsuit for $40,000 after it tried to block the opening of a local gun shop.
