“We Don’t Appreciate Censorship By An Elected Official…”

Candidate Gavin Newsom is promoting his gun ban initiative on his Facebook page. On Wednesday, I went on his Facebook page and posted a very simple comment: “The VP of the LA County prosecutors association thinks this is a bad idea: www.laadda.com/the-ammo-police-is-not-the-answer-to-criminal-use-of-firearms“ That’s all I said because the VP of the LADDAA published an article saying exactly that. Well, Newsom took down my comments! He censored me, and the prosecutors’ opinion piece. Perhaps the followers of CRPA would like to post their own comments on candidate Newsom’s Facebook page and mention that we don’t appreciate censorship by an elected official.
Newsom is also hosting a contest for a trip for two to this year’s Super Bowl which you can enter for free without donating to his anti-gun initiative by sending a letter, as stated in the Contest Rules: “Making a contribution will not improve your chances of winning. To enter without making a contribution, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope with name, address and phone number to:
Safety for All, Newsom Ballot Measure Committee 268 Bush Street #222 San Francisco, CA 94104.”
We encourage you to send a letter to enter in hopes that a 2A supporter will win a trip of a lifetime on HIS dime!
