SB 1100 – Portantino’s Gun Bill

The California State Senate has passed SB 1100 on May 29, 2018. The bill is headed to the Assembly.

SB 1100: Firearms: Transfers. This bill would limit transfers to one long gun a month, no transfer to someone under the age of 21.  Exemption for licensed hunter and non-profit fund raisers.
