Oppose SB 264 – Aims to Ban Firearm and Ammo Sales from all State Property!

Our lawmakers have realized they cannot legally take our firearms, magazines and ammunition away from us, but they can make our access to purchase them all but impossible.

SB 264, introduced by Senator Min, is another step in that process banning the legal and lawful act of firearm and ammunition sales from all state property! Directly prohibiting a state officer or employee, or operator, lessee, or licensee of any state-owned property, from contracting for, authorizing, or allowing the sale of any firearm or ammunition on state property. Clearly this will devastate gun shows and non-profit group events throughout California!
