District of Columbia v. Heller, (2008):
– 2A Individual Right to possess in the home;
– Modern Handguns cannot be banned;
– Common use test;
– 2A protects “arms … that were not in existence at the time of the founding”;
– Weapons NOT useful in warfare are protected by the 2A.
McDonald v. City of Chicago, (2010):
– 2A incorporation enforceable to the States.
– keep and bear arms in self-defense applies against state / local governments as to the federal government.
Caetano v. Massachusetts, (2016):
– Stun guns are protected by the Second Amendment.
– “the Second Amendment extends, prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, …not in existence at the time of the founding”.
NYSRPA v, Bruen (2022):
– 2A NOT a Second Class Right;
– Bearing Arms in public a component of 2A;
– States may not use an Interest Balancing (Cause) test to deny Right;
– Defines: Text, History, Tradition;
– States may not declare large areas to be “sensitive places”;
–Is the same as Heller, but provides paint by numbers instructions for contumacious lower court judges.

After Bruen, California patterned gun control laws have been falling across the United States.
Why then are California and other Blue States clearly turning up the heat on passing more unconstitutional laws?
They want to Break our Bank, Litigation is expensive, they use public funds to force us to spend more money to overcome not only 60 years of bad laws, but to also add more such obstacles in our path to restoring our 2A rights.
Our opposition wants you to get tired of supporting litigation, and to get the public tired of seeing the same issues come up again and again.

The *FBI UCR doesn’t separate rifles by type, all action types are combined.
In 2021 there were a total of 447 Americans murdered using a rifle of any type,

Which category takes the most American Lives?

The latest in leftist propaganda…
“Gun Violence is the greatest cause of death for American Children.”
But to contrive this statement, the leftists had to eliminate deaths of 0-1 year olds, Because the American *infant mortality figures alone, would yield contradictory results.
Then they added 18 and 19 year olds in order double the murders using guns. But 18 and 19 year olds are ADULTS! They needed to add Gang Violence Activities to inflate their claims.
Without 18 and 19 year olds, More American Children are KILLED in School Bus accidents than by School Shootings!
*Annual Infant mortality rates in the United States averages 5.4 per 1,000 Live Births.

If “Gun Control Laws” were the Measure of a Safer Society, then California would be the Safest State in the Union.
During the Last 20 Years California has Enacted over 100 “Gun Control Laws”, all of which only Restrict the Activities of Law Abiding Citizens.
But Felons, by Their Nature, Don’t Obey Laws!

In 2020 a total of 3.3 million Americans died1 the CDC 2 Listed them in 113 categories ranked in descending order:
#1 The category with the most deaths was Heart disease
#11 All Suicides of combined categories
#105 Suicide by Gun at 23,000/yr.
#107 Homicide by gun at 15,000/yr.
*This means that there were 106 other, more numerous causes of death in the U.S.

An American is 2.7 times more likely to be killed in an Automobile crash than to be killed by someone using any type of gun.

Until the summer of 2022, Annual Defensive Gun Use studies were published on the CDC website. There were 3 studies, but they were removed after the CDC found that Americans could do math.
These Annual Defensive Gun Uses meant that Violent Crimes, such as, Armed Robberies, Rapes, Homicides, etc., were stopped each time a U.S. civilian used a gun to prevent them, and usually without firing a shot.

The Pattern:
Gun Registration precedes Gun Bans, Gun Bans precede Gun Confiscation, Gun Confiscation precedes Complete Control of the Population, Complete Control of the Population…Precedes the murder of undesirable segments of the Population.

We are all tired of these long legal battles.
Many regard NYSRPA v Bruen to be the equivalent of winning the Battle of Midway, during the fight for the Pacific Ocean in WWII. After Midway, the U.S. was on a winning trajectory to victory. But it still took two hard fought years of island hopping in the Pacific to win that victory.
Don’t forget, those fighting years were also dependent upon a robust Bond Drive at home!
