A LOT Going On With Suppressors

For a device that’s not even legal in California (for now!), suppressors are making a lot of news lately.
CRPA’s case (Sanchez v. Bonta) is pending here, plus there’s another case in Louisiana. Last week, Congress added an amendment to the “big, beautiful bill” removing suppressors from the NFA.
