Make Suppressors Legal Again!
Often, we see the anti-2A strategy as “death by a thousand cuts”. Keep chipping away at who can own firearms, make them harder to get, create “crimes” that people are not even aware of, and, of course, drastically reduce what a lawful citizen can own in the first place.
In the latest installment of CRPA TV, attorney Anna Barvir drops in to provide some insights on the recent oral arguments in Sanchez v. Bonta, the CRPA-supported lawsuit challenging he state’s ban on suppressors.

Host Kevin Small gets Anna’s reactions to some of the more pointed exchanges in the oral arguments, including questions from the justices about just how far the state’s power might extend if this ban is upheld. As usual, the state’s arguments lay bare their true intent: make all things firearm-related as inaccessible, costly, or criminal to own and, as a result, watch legal gun ownership plummet.
Even if you don’t use a suppressor, this case is an important part of the larger battle for 2A rights. One ban leads to another!
