BIG 1st AND 2nd Amendment Win!
In all the turmoil of the last month or so, the injunction barring implementation of AB 2571 may have been overshadowed. But this is a HUGE win on a law that not only violates the Second Amendment but also the First.

AB 2571 was the classic case of anti-gun lawmakers seeking to end run the constitution in the interest of “protecting kids”. What it really does is prohibit speech the state doesn’t like. And that’s a slope too slippery for ANY of us.
This is a great victory, but there are so many yet to be won. As you know, there are SEVERAL cases pending at SCOTUS and we’re all anxious for a “once and for all” clarification of Bruen!
