Sacramento Off To A Slow Start?
By this time in a new two-year legislative session, we’re often already awash in new gun controls schemes from legislators eager to make their mark, but thus far Sacramento is off to a bit of a slow start.
Still, we are coming off an “emergency” special session called by Gov. Newsom and there’s at least one bill already raising eyebrows. To give us all some perspective on what the early signals tell us about the year to come, CRPA TV host Kevin Small welcomes back CRPA’s man in the capitol, Rick Travis. Rick discusses SB 15, the fallout from the special session, and the impact that Bass Pro Shops are having here in California.
