  • Having read through it, the taking segment at the end is interesting. I am wondering if this ruling opens the door to a class action suit based upon inverse condemnation.

If available, inverse could ultimately pay our attorney fees and costs.

    Thank you,

  • Great Job CRPA and NRA!!!! Now we need to get rid of “Evil Features” so I can hold my rifle normally again. Can we pass a law similar to Missouri (I think) that requires all citizen to own an AR and Pistol and/or a law that makes it a crime if Law Makers, Law Enforcement or any entity of authority infringes on our 2nd Amendment right?

  • Congratulations, Mr. Chuck Michel and his legal team Michel & Associates! A well-deserved, spectacular victory. CRPA should consider itself very fortunate having such outstanding and successful 2nd Amendment defender as its President.

Also, Judge Rodger T. Benitez deserves the highest prise for his uncompromising adherence to the Constitution and the law. I was very impressed with the logicality and the depth of His detailed and factual arguments. If our country had more judges like Judge Benitez, our Constitutional Republic would easily survive for generations to come, and secure, indeed, the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity.

  • What an incredible win for us law-abiding armed citizens! Thank God for the NRA & The California Rifle & Pistol Assoc. that fight so hard for our Constitutional rights!

Keep up the good work NRA & The California Rifle & Pistol Assoc.!

  • I read thru the decision and didn’t understand what was special about the Fyock v. Sunnyvale case. It seems like he didn’t throw that out too. Why not?
