California’s handgun roster remains one of the most egregious restrictions on 2A rights for lawful gun owners here in the state. Designed to blatantly keep new firearms out of the hands of otherwise eligible buyers is perhaps as clear a violation of the Constitution as one could imagine.
While consumers suffer from a lack of choice and access to the latest technology, manufacturer also feel the burden of being largely unable to reach one of the biggest potential markets in America.
