As we reported just this morning, an important ruling in CRPA v. LA Sheriff’s Department produced some huge wins for CCW holders, not just in LA County but potentially across the state.

CRPA is joined in this battle by Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners of California, and the Second Amendment Foundation, and we are very grateful for their partnership.

On the heels of the great news, CRPA President & General Counsel Chuck Michel joined host Kevin Small to break down the specific wins included in the decision as well as what the overall impacts might be.

From the moment the Bruen decision was handed down, CRPA has been hard at work ensuring that EVERY jurisdiction in California employs a Bruen-compliant CCW process. That means NO excessive delays, NO outrageous fees, and NO bureaucratic requirements that deny this basic freedom.

Sadly, such impediments had become commonplace in places like Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Jose, and they were so egregious that the Trump administration even joined our cause.
