I am Roy Howat from the Santa Barbara chapter. I’m trying to figure out how to use this forum and not having much luck. How do I find the other leg. committee leader who are in the other counties in CA that have anti 2A and make it almost to expensive and difficult to obtain a CCW like Santa Barbara County. I’ve been told that its 4 other counties that restrict the issuance of CCWs
