NRA Range Safety Officers possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to organizing, conducting, and supervising safe shooting activities and range operations. This includes conducting a range inspections, enforce range rules, clear stoppages and malfunctions, conduct safety briefings, and understand and control emergency procedures.
