BREAKING: CRPA TV With More on CCW Injunction
As reported last night, we’ve finally received a ruling on our motion for a preliminary injunction in CRPA vs. LA Sheriff’s Department, our case challenging various issues with CCW permit issuance in California and, specifically in Los Angeles County.
The ruling was complex, providing some immediate relief and hope for a future win on the merits, but also including some of the head-scratching reasoning that’s not uncommon in the Ninth Circuit.
CRPA TV enlisted the help of attorney Kosta Moros, who has been at the heart of CRPA’s efforts on CCW issuance statewide, to help sort through the ruling and provide insights that might help make sense of what’s coming next.
