CRPA Statement on Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Supreme Court Justice Nomination

We are encouraged by President Trump nominating Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. CRPA has several active Second Amendment lawsuits that could very well end up at the Supreme Court, and we’re hopeful that a fairer and more originalist-oriented Court will be more respectful of Supreme Court Second Amendment precedent and of the individual right to choose to own a gun for sport or to defend one’s family.
