South Sac & Folsom/North Sac Chapters Present: 2022 Summer CRPA Chapter Sports Clay Shoot
Camanche has three, ten-station shooting courses for Sporting Clays. Each station is set up to replicate the flight of different types of game birds including one rabbit target. Generally, four shooters start at a station and work their way through the ten-station course. It’s estimated it will take a group of 30 shooters about ~2 hours to complete a course. A course cost $42 per person.When:
Saturday, June 25th starting at 10 AM. After a group safety brief, we will break down into shooting groups, and take to the course between 10:30 to 12:30. After shooting, lunch is available (sandwiches & hamburgers) for $12-15. We expect to depart around.1:30-2:00 PM.

The place is about 45 miles (~1 hr.) south of Folsom
Gear needed:
A 12 to 20-gauge shotgun that can fire two shots in a row like a semi-, over/under, or pump (no single-shots shotguns). Plan on 80 to 100 shells to complete the course. In addition, bring something to hold the shells (a shooting vest or cartridge belt with shell bags attached), along with eye and ears protection.
Renting and Instruction
Golf carts are available for the folks that do not want to walk or need assistance.
Shotguns are available to rent for $30 (can be shared between two shooters)
Group (4-6) basic shotgun instruction by Randy Yen for $25
12 ga. boxes of shells (box of 25 = $18)
