Anytime we get a win in the court for a member of our community it is a good thing (I agree Roy).
On the subject of Constitutionality that is ALWAYS our starting point and is often missed by many when the opposition attacks a fringe 2A issue in the minds of the majority of our community (hunting as an example).
As for SCOTUS – we must remember that SCOTUS looks for nuances and votes and often doesn’t take a case in any area of the law due to not having the votes on the court to set things right.
