I was thinking about AB818 not passing the Assembly Safety Committee because D members chose not to show up for work and vote. Because of the death of the Taylon boy, multiple attacks on other people and lack of a predator management program to get mountain lion, bear, coyote and wolf populations under control, doesn’t that make them criminally negligent as representatives responsible for safety? Shouldn’t they be held responsible for negligence?
