A Day at the Range: A Virtual Seminar for New Gun Owners, New Shooters

R3H3: “A Day at the Range: Understanding the Different Types of Firearms Ranges, Etiquette, and How to Navigate Your First Trip”

Please join the CDFW Recruit, Retain, Reactivate (R3) team in welcoming Jerry Clark and Eric Johnson from CRPA to talk about the various types of shooting ranges and proper etiquette at each.

Tune in for a great conversation that will provide the basics for learning how to navigate the shooting range of interest for you! (Ranges discussed include: trap, skeet, distance, indoor, outdoor and public/private).

R3H3 is a casual, one-hour, live and informational huddle intended for beginning adult audiences new to hunting, fishing, shooting sports, and foraging. You’re welcome to attend if you’re not a beginner but you may find the information too basic. Participants do not need to have taken hunter education or have a hunting license to attend. Seating is limited.
