NRA’s Disabled Shooting Services is now receiving over 5,000 requests for guidance annually, from individuals and organizations around the world. The issue, encompassing almost every type of disability issue related to gun ownership and use, is a growing one. (NRA’s Disabled Shooting Services may be reached by calling (703) 267-1495).

The California Rifle and Pistol Association is the official state association of the NRA, and diligently works to ensure that Californians with physical disabilities may still enjoy a variety of shooting sports activities and hunting. For example, we help raise awareness of the importance that shooting facilities be wheelchair-accessible and that hunting laws reflect special considerations for the physically-challenged sportsperson.
